Termite Prevention Program
Our Termite Prevention Program is one of the most progressive program in the industry. Our cost effective program helps protect your home from future infestations. Once the standard warranty has expired we can implent our Termite Prevention Program on an annual basis.
Wood Repair Service
We repair damage caused by termites, fungus, and dryrot. Repairs can be made to wood members such as eaves, rafters, trim, and siding. Our inspectors can assess the damage at the time of the inspections. We provide innovation and leadership in the use of cost effective materials and methods.
Pro Pest Service Program
Exclusively for our termite customers we provide one time pest control service. The service includes ants, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, snails/slugs, centipedes, and sow bugs. Our service comes with a 60 day warranty.
Escrow Inspection
Our inspectors are trained to perform escrow inspections. We charge a nominal fee for this service. Our inspectors are practical, forthright and are not "commision only salespeople". All local treatments and wood repairs are completed in house and not sub-contracted.
